Care & Inclusion is an app designed for healthcare providers and patients. Our mission is to help make healthcare more inclusive and address disparities that many underserved patients face. The app allows for providers to take mini courses that cover the different factors that can contribute to a patients health disparity. Once the course is completed they will be added to the app's index. This index lets patients find doctors they know will be informed about any disparities that may affect their relationship with the healthcare system or their own personal health.
